The immediate furture
Ok julian so what is happening. What have we got! We need to sort this thing out. I feel we need to1. decide exactly what the purpose of the DSS is - make up some sort of vision and mission statement so that we know who we are, but mostly so everyone else knows who we are and what we are about.
2. clearly map out the path that we are going to take the DSS down
2. get in contact with other people in the other disciplines
3. start spreading the word about it and get more interest within industrial design
4. make further descisions on the pub crawl
5. discuss with soumitri
6. start to form a committe or whatever for it.
7. decide whether it is the DSS or the DC or the DK or whateva the fuck it's gunna be called
and so on and so forth
I feel that we really need to get a solid base within ID and let everyone in ID know whats going on before we start trying to get to many of the other departments heavily involved. And we need to be careful not to tread on toes - cause remember that the lady at the reception up in building eight said something about a meeting that had been held, or something and it was held every semester or whateva - so if there is already stuff within the other disciples happening we need to try and not piss them off, well at least not this early on.

Ralph, maybe we can use 'Hoppy' as a mascot for DSS. just a thought. :)
